Clubhouse and Exercise Room

The clubhouse coordinator is Jill Threm.

The Marival clubhouse is available for rental beginning June2, 2021. The exercise room is open under protective guidelines.

The workout room is open under the following guidelines:

• Marival homeowners only.
• No reservations needed.
• No more than two persons at any time.
• Occupancy time limited to 1 hour.
• You must bring your own sanitization materials to wipe down equipment
• Please be respectful to other users

Please use the Board email for any general requests or questions about the homeowners association. Pleaseput your address in the SUBJECT line, and include your phone number in the body of the email. Posting maintenance or other requests on the Facebook page will only delay any response.
