Landscaping
The Landscape Committee consists of Barb Williams (chair) with Bill and Debbie Putoff and Rick Holzen.
The landscape is maintained under contract by TR Gear.
There are small areas in front of each home (Limited Common Area) where homeowners may, if they wish, plant and maintain ornamental flowers and shrubs. Owners can get price quotes from TR Gear or can purchase and plant items themselves. In either case owners are still required to submit an Improvement Application with a rough layout drawing showing what type of items you want to plant and where they will be located.
