NO PARKING SIGNS

We have a growing safety and parking issue in the Marival community. After multiple complaints, we are installing (2) Fire Lane, No Parking Signs. These will be installed on the fire hydrant, inner sidewalk side of Marival, where we have had the most safety issues. This will eliminate parking on both sides of the street, potentially blocking emergency vehicles, damage to cars squeezing through, and a danger to kids playing.

MAY BOARD MEETING UPDATE

  • Vent Cleaning:
  • We have contracted with a new dryer vent company, Triton Steam Cleaning, to do a more thorough cleaning of all of our dryer vents – from the outside in. In order to assure Triton knows exactly which vents belong to the dryers, Rick Holzen (our newest Board member) is walking around the neighborhood asking homeowners to turn on their dryer. This will allow him to map the correct vents.

  • Landscaping and pruning
  • TR Gear is planning to do the spring pruning at Marival by the end of this month, weather permitting

  • Painting and Carpentry repairs
  • A new contractor has been hired this year, AB Contracting Company. They will paint and repair/replace rotted wood as identified. We will communicate timing prior to the start date. Building numbers scheduled for painting this year: 10-14-15-16-17-18-Clubhouse

  • Pool opening
  • The pool will be opening Saturday, May 25th. Please review the pool rules. We want everyone to have a fun and safe summer!

    DID YOU KNOW?

Smoke Detector Batteries: The Mason Fire Department will replace smoke detector batteries for you or replace smoke detectors. You must supply the batteries. Call to set up an appointment: 513-229-8540.

    FACEBOOK PAGE

The Marival Facebook page has been deleted, and we currently do not have access to it. We will be working to rebuild it. At that time, homeowners will need to follow it again.

    RED FLAGS IN YARDS

The red flags you see in the yards were placed by TR Gear at the units who have requested to be on the DO NOT PRUNE list. Although there is no pruning now, this means that you have agreed to doing your own pruning of bushes/plants and keeping the property around your unit up to the standards of the community. This includes assuring that your property address can be read from the street at all times. TR Gear will still maintain your grass and trim trees as necessary. If you would like to be removed from the DO NOT PRUNE list, please email Barb Williams
