Maintenance Issues

For maintenance requests on items that are the responsibility of The Association, please submit through the Towne Properties website under Resident Services. You should be aware of which parts of your home are the owner's responsibility. A list of approved additions can be found on the POLICIES page.

Forms

This website includes links to relevant forms and policies in PDF format. Check the navigation menu, and download any documents you may need. Official documents, such a copy of the Declaration of Condominium are also available. The Condo Docs are large files. Parts of the package are available separately or as a Zip file.

Rental Cap

FOR REALTORS, CURRENT AND FUTURE HOMEOWNERS: MARIVAL AT WEATHERSTONE IS A RENTAL-CAPPED COMMUNITY. PLEASE CONTACT THE COA BOARD OF DIRECTORS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH ANY RENTAL PLANS. The new rental policy has been added to the POLICIES page. An Intent To Rent form is on the FORMS page

Monthly Homeowners Meeting

The Monthly Meeting of the Board is on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM in the clubhouse. Homeowners are invited to attend. After Association business is discussed, an open forum is scheduled for homeowners to ask questions and relay concerns. In the interest of time, please be concise in your comments.

Clubhouse Rentals and Exercise Room Use

The Marival clubhouse is available for rentals, by reservation. Homeowners in good standing only. Contact jill@ketmoy.com. The rental rules are available under the FORMS tab. Please be sure to clean the exercise room after each use. There should be materials in the room for that purpose.

Landscape

Barb Williams is chairman of the landscape committee. Homeowners may direct questions to Barb at the board@ email address. To make changes in landscaping, homeowners are required to submit an Improvement Application with a rough layout drawing showing what type of items you want to plant and where they will be located.

Parking Policy

Parking outside of driveways has always been, and will continue to be an issue at Marival.The forms archive has been updated to include the full and entire vehicle and parking policy that the community adopted in 2004.Please ensure that you understand the policy so that curms and lawns can remain damage free.

Outdoor Grills

Ohio Fire Code states: “Charcoal burners and other open-flame cooking devices shall not be operated on combustible balconies or within 10 feet of combustible construction. Open-flame cooking includes charcoal grills, gas grills and fire pits. Combustible construction includes the vast majority of homes and decks.”

Trash Tips

Starting October 3, 2022 Trash Pick Up Day is MONDAY. Please use only standard trash containers. Loose materials or trash not in standard containers may be windblown thru the neighborhood. Rumpke waste wheelers can be rented or purchased. You may choose to use either the large Rumpke recycling bin or the small red one.

Dog Poop

Dog owners MUST pick up after their pet and dispose of the waste properly. Please take care not to damage lawns, shrubs or other landscaping. This is a serious health hazard.
